Protecting your private information is our priority. This Statement of Privacy applies to runDallas.com and the Dallas White Rock Marathon organization and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to runDallas includes the Dallas White Rock Marathon organization and all events in which it operates (i.e. BMW Dallas Marathon Festival, the BMW Fall Fun Runs, etc.). The runDallas website is a company website. By using the runDallas website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.
